利用体外法研究不同水平黄曲霉毒素B1对蜀宣花牛瘤胃内环境的影响
Effects of Different Levels of Aflatoxin B1 on the Ruminal Environment of Shuxuan Cattle by In vitro Method

Abstract
In this study,three Shuxuan cattle with permanent rumen fistulas were used as experimental animals.To explore the effects of different levels of aflatoxin B1 (0.1 μg/mL,1.0 μg/mL,5.0 μg/mL,10.0 μg/mL) on rumen pH,ammonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acid concentrations,the culture of rumen microorganism was established in vitro.The results indicated that the adding of aflatoxin B 1 could reduce the activity of biodegradable protein.With the increase of B 1 concentration,the timing for microbial degradation ability to decrease was moved up.The concentration of VFA in the 10 μg/mL group was low,and the microbial activity was weak,which was not good for the rumen fermentation.The proportion of acetic acid in the 10 μg/mL group was significantly reduced (P<0.05).It was speculated that the activity of fibrous decomposition bacteria was inhibited.关键词
