摘要
Abstract
In this article,the current status and achievements of the construction of animal disease free zones and compartments were summed up,and the effects of the three motive sources from the central government,local government and animal husbandry industry on accelerating construction of animal disease free zones and compartments were analyzed. During the process of regionalization management,some problems were encountered regarding to stakeholder awareness,implementation capacity and revelant safeguards. In order to provide reference for accelerating the regionalization management work,some suggestions were put forward,including doing a good job in top-level design,strengthening the pulling and pushing force from the government,improving the supporting policies,as well as establishing the long-term mechanism,etc.关键词
