Abstract
In order to evaluate and improve the laboratory detection capacity,the comparison of detection capability of veterinary laboratories in cities and counties was madein Anhui Province from 2011 to 2017. The results showed that the number of veterinary laboratories participating in the comparison increased from 39 to 74,accounting for 79.57％ of the total veterinary laboratories in Anhui;In terms of laboratories,the testing accuracy rate increased from 65.81％ to 82.43％,and in terms of samples,the testing accuracy rate increased from 87.45％ to 93.92％. In the past seven years, for serological test,the testing accuracy rates for samples and laboratories were 93.23％ and 83.56％,respectively. For pathogenic detection,the testing accuracy rates for samples and laboratories were 84.61％ and 60.61％,respectively. As a conclusion,the comparison of laboratory detection capability is an effective way to improve the detection capability and enhance the management level. However,the detection ability of pathogens remains weak and needs to be improved.关键词
