摘要
Abstract
In this article,the technical trade measure system for live fish exportation from China to South Korea was introduced from the three aspects of laws and regulations,supervision organizations and supervision mechanisms,and the characteristics of the system were further analyzed,such as the ever-increasing sanitary requirements,the extension of technical standards to the whole industrial chain,the difference and discrimination existing in technical standards,etc. Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including establishing a sound early warning system for technical trade measures,improving the monitoring mechanism for the quality of exported live fishes,strengthening the communication between China and South Korea and strengthening the brand building of exporters of live fishes,etc.关键词
