鸭圆环病毒检测方法研究进展
Research Progress on Detection Methods of Duck Circovirus
摘要
Abstract
Duck circovirus(DuCV)disease is an immunosuppression disease caused by DuCV infection. In this article,the research progress on serological and pathological detection methods of DuCV were reviewed and summarized,which included indirect immunofluorescence assay,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,nucleic acid probe technique,common PCR,restriction fragment length polymorphism polymerase chain reaction,nested PCR,multiple PCR,fluorescence quantitative PCR,and loop-mediated isothermal amplification. The advantages and disadvantages of the above methods were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis,prevention and control of the disease.关键词
