Construction and Identification of Recombinant Lactobacillus casei Expressing Protective Antigens of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus
摘要
Abstract
In order to develop a safe and effective oral vaccine for Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED),the core neutralizing epitope(COE)gene of PEDV was cloned and inserted into the shuttle expression vector. Then the vector was electric-transformed into the genetically engineered strain ofLactobacilluscasei. After bacteria culture and protein induction,a stripe of about 27 KD was detected by western blot. As a result,the develop of recombinantLactobacillus laid foundation for further study of animal immunological experiments in vivo and novel PED mucosal vaccine.关键词
