山东省某猪场仔猪多重混合感染的诊断
Diagnosis on Mixed Infection of Diseases in Piglets in a Swine Farm of Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
In March 2018,an outbreak occurred in a scaled swine farm in Qingdao City of Shandong Province,with more than 100 piglets dying per day. The piglets of 70 to 80 days old showed fever,gasping and swollen joints,and the piglets of 30 to 40 days old mainly showed watery diarrhea. In order to confirm the pathogens and analyze the outbreak, the pathological autopsy,clinical and laboratory diagnosis were carried out,and the outbreak was finally confirmed as the mixed infection of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) and Porcine epidemic diarrhea coronavirus(PEDV). In addition,these piglets were also suspected of being infected withStreptococcussuis andBronchial sepsis. In view of the mixed infection of multiple viruses and bacteria,some countermeasures should be implemented,such as adopting scientific,effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures,regularly monitoring the antibody level of pig groups,timely adjusting the immune procedure,so as to prevent disease outbreaks.关键词
