Effects of Processing Methods and Extraction Solvents on the Contents of Major Components in Polygonum multiflorum
目的:研究不同炮制方法及不同提取溶剂对何首乌中主要成分含量的影响.方法:采用黑豆汁蒸法和清蒸法对生何首乌进行炮制,分别用水、50%乙醇、70%乙醇、90%乙醇对生何首乌、黑豆汁制何首乌、清蒸制何首乌和市售制何首乌4种饮片进行提取,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定各样品中4种主要成分没食子酸、二苯乙烯苷、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量.结果:3种何首乌炮制品的4种提取液中4种主要成分的含量均较生品中更高;没食子酸以水提时含量最高,二苯乙烯苷以90%乙醇提取时含…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of different processing methods and extraction solvents on the contents of major components in Polygonum multiflorum.
