摘要

Abstract

To aim at overcoming the long development time of the traditional process design method for castings, the cast steel bearing block was taken as an example. By using CAE software Experto-ViewCast, the process design and solidification simulation were done for the cast steel bearing block, and its casting process scheme was determined quickly. The quality of the bearing block produced based on the process scheme was good. By using the casting CAE technology, the process design time of castings can be shortened, and the casting defects can be reduced.
