Abstract
The metal parts of some product became separated or displaced after being adhered. For these problems, we have done some experiments on different component proportion, curing temperature, surface quality by using "metal-metal" samples, which were the same as product material, and found correlations between bonding quality and component proportion, curing time, adhered surface quality and so on. Improve bonding strength by ascertaining glue weight, strictly controlling surface quality, determining the minimum curing time and improving the cleaning method. Application shows that the measures can improve the working efficiency of assembling, and reduce the waste products. This technology can be widely used for dealing with quality problems, teaching research, and scientific research test of the same product field.关键词
