Open Winding Generator System Sensorless Control Based on Zero Phase Shifting Synchronous Reference Frame Filter

Abstract
Open winding multi-input generator system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. For the sensorless operation of open winding generator system, this paper proposed a zero phase shifting synchronous reference frame filter method. By analysing the relationship between voltage and current, this paper proposed a simplified mathematical model of open winding generator system to build the sliding model observer (SMO). This paper analysed position lag caused by the low-pass filter of the traditional synchronous reference frame filter (SRFF) structure and demonstrated the error iteration problem of direct synchronous reference frame filter. Then, the position angle generated by the classical phase-locked loop method is used for the coordinate transformation in the conventional synchronous reference frame filter, to filter the output of the sliding model observer directly. Thus, a novel synchronous reference frame filter without phase delay is formed. Finally, the experiments were carried out on a flux-switching generator system. The results illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
