摘要

Abstract

The latest fully-automatic management control system of returnable container for auto parts logistics was designed,which could be used in automatically fast separating,arranging and fixing,pallet operating,unmanned transporting and adding a top automatically. With the PLC centre-station of S7-1200 system,the control system could complete the process of data delivery in all stations via industrial ethernet ,which had been successfully applied to a Shanghai auto parts logistics transfer company. Through running,the system,with its reasonable design and reliable operation,is turned out to reduce labor cost greatly and improve production efficiency.
