摘要

Abstract

First,micro arc oxidation(MAO)power supply topology was established. Then,the equivalent electrical model of MAO load was studied,and the load model parameters of different stages were obtained,which could provide effective parameter support for MAO power supply design. Based on the small-signal model of Buck circuit,small-signal model was built and the relevant transfer function was derived for the current and voltage control combined with PI control,the phase-shift full-bridge the converter corresponding compensation was designed. Finally,software was designed with TMS320F2812 as the core to produce MAO power trigger pulse,simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and validity of the equivalent electrical model of the MAO load studied.
