超高效永磁同步电机电磁设计研究
Research on Electromagnetic Design of Supper Efficient Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
摘要
Abstract
A super high efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was designed with rating power amount of 22 kW. Firstly,the main parameters and the basic performance data were obtained through the preliminary design of the motor electromagnetic scheme which was completed based on the magnetic circuit method. Then based on the finite element method,the further simulation was studied by building the transient field of the motor. The back-electromotive force curve,the torque curve following the position of the rotor and the torque—speed—efficiency curve were obtained to check the performance of the PMSM and verify the reliability of the electromagnetic design scheme. Finally,the prototype of the motor was completed and the test was carried out. The results show that the design is feasible,and the expected results are achieved.关键词
