Taurine: Physiological Function and Application in Pig Production
摘要
Abstract
Taurine is a kind of free amino acid presents in animal body and has the functions of anti-oxidation, enhancing immunity and anti-apoptosis et al. As a feed additive, taurine has attracted attention in livestock pro-duction, which has the effects of improving production performance, breeding performance and reducing stress injury. This article describes the physiological function of taurine and its mechanism of action, and summarizes the recent application of taurine in pig production, in order to provide a reference for the better application of taurine in pig production.关键词
