Abstract
Functional oligosaccharides are a type of prebiotics with dietary fiber and bifidus factor dual physio-logical characteristics, and are also important components of prebiotics. This review summarizes the species and composition of functional oligosaccharides, and focuses on physiological function and the research progress in alleviating allergic reactions of functional oligosaccharides, in order to provide reference for the development of prebiotics to prevent and treat allergic reaction medicines in body.关键词
