摘要

Abstract

Iron phosphate cementitious material (IPCM) was prepared through the reaction between iron (Ⅱ) oxide-rich copper slag ( CS) and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate ( ADP).The influences of factors such as the copper slag to ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (CS/ADP) mass ratio and the dosage of the retarders (borax) on the compressive strength of IPCM materials were investigated .The results showed that when CS /ADP =4.0, the compressive strengths of the samples cured at 1 d and 28 d reached 31.7 MPa and 42.8 MPa, respectively.With the increase of the addition of borax , the setting time increased and the compressive strength decreased gradually . The hydration products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and scanning electronic microscopic (SEM).The results indicated that IPCM were mainly composed of FeNH 4 HP3 O10 , NH4 FeP2 O7 , (NH4 ) 2 FeP2 O7 and Fe2 SiO4 and had tense microstructure.
