低温条件微生物沉积碳酸钙试验研究
Microbially-induced Carbonate Precipitation in Low Temperature
摘要
Abstract
Microbially-induced Carbonate Precipitation (MICP) can be applied in sand-solidification and the repair of concrete.However, its application was fettered due to the limitation of the requirement of temperature.This study used two species of bacteria (Bacteria A and Sporosarcina pasteurii ) to conduct MICP research in several temperatures .The bacteria cultivation was conducted in various different temperatures.Precipitation of calcium carbonate research and urease activity test were also conducted with two bacteria.The results show that Bacteria A has a better reproduction in low temperature and performs better in precipitation of CaCO 3 as well as urease activity in low temperature.This research is instructive in MICP with low-temperature environment.关键词
