混杂纤维对NC的力学性能影响研究
Effect of Hybrid Fiber on Mechanical Properties of NC
摘要
Abstract
Fiber has been widely used in concrete because of its small deformation , high ductility and high strength, but due to the fiber performance and size of different types are not the same , which leads to the difference of mechanical properties on ordinary concrete , therefore, the cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and deformation performance of single fiber, two yuan hybrid fiber and three yuan hybrid fiber reinforced concrete were studied , the strengthening rule of fiber reinforced concrete was summarized .The results show that the addition of different types of fibers, the tensile resistance of fiber concrete crack makes avoid brittle failure form and has the characteristics of ductile fracture ; the flexural strength is most sensitive to fibers and is higher than that of ordinary concrete, the hybrid fiber is more obvious than the single fiber reinforced concrete , and the maximum increase is 1.3 times of the corresponding strength of ordinary concrete ; for the peak stress, the peak strain and the modulus of elasticity , the fiber concrete is basically lower than that of the ordinary concrete; the tangent modulus of fiber reinforced concrete gradually decreases with the increase of stress.关键词
