摘要

Abstract

The three-dimensional of Oxy-fuel Glass Tanky was developed by Spaceclaim , and through ANSYS Fluent18.0 of the temperature and velocity field in the process of glass melting .The results show that the temperature increases from glass surface to bottom with gradient sign , the melting tank of temperature maintains between 1150 and 1300 ℃, the highest temperature at hot spot , the glass is completely molten, velocity is 0.0032 m/s, at the same time can be seen from the simulation flow chart , there are three large reflux in the glass tanky.The simulation results are in accord with the measured and experimental data.The simulation is helpful in understanding of the laws of temperature and velocity variation in the process of glass forming and guiding the industrial practice .
