镍铁渣制备蒸压砖工艺技术研究
Research of Autoclaved Brick Technology Prepared by Ferronickel Slag
摘要
Abstract
The ferronickel slag were studied .The mineral composition and chemical composition are investigated by means of XRD and XRF.The brick with good performance were prepared with ferronickel slag and fly ash as raw materials.The production of demonstration line indicate the technical feasibility . Strength, carbonization, shrinkage and frost resisting of samples were studied .The best ratio of components was follows: 42wt％ of ferronickel slag, 35wt％ of fly ash, 7wt％ of carbide slag, 16wt％ of saponification slag.The total amount of solid waste can be up to 100％.The compressive strength of autoclaved brick reaches to 18.5 MPa.The autoclaved brick was produced by ferronickel slag has good economic and society benefits.关键词
