Abstract
Objective To understand the post abortion care (PAC ) demand of women of different marital status with recurrent abortion and influencing factors so as to provide basis for promoting PAC implementation and reducing the incidence of recurrent abortion .Methods A total of 353 women who had undergone abortion in Jiading District Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Health Medical College from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into married group and unmarried group according to marital status .An on-site survey was conducted in the form of anonymous questionnaire .Results There was no significant difference in the demand of PAC between married and unmarried women (χ2 value ranged 0 .33 - 2 .61 ,both P > 0 .05) . In the married group ,the demand for postpartum care in PAC service content was 89 .29% ,which was significantly higher than that in unmarried group (75 .58% ) (χ2 = 9 .88 ,P < 0 .05) .There was no significant difference in other contents of PAC services (χ2 value ranged 0 .34 - 3 .05 ,all P > 0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the demand for PAC services and influencing factors of PAC between married and unmarried women (χ2 value ranged 0 .03 - 3 .16 .all P > 0 .05) .Conclusion Service after abortion needed by patients with recurrent abortion are extensive .There is no significant difference in PAC content ,timing and methods between married women and unmarried women ,and both groups of patients consider that attitudes of medical staff have important effects on PAC .关键词
