miR-342-3p在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义
The expression and significance of miR-342-3p in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of miR-342-3p in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:miRNA microarray was used to detect the differential expression of miRNAs in immortalized nasopharyngeal epithelial cells NP69 and poorly differentiated NPC CNE2.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qPCR) was used to detect miR-342-3p expression in NPC tissues.GO and Pathway analysis were used to investigate the role of miR-342-3p in the occurrence and development of NPC.Results:The miRNA microarray results demonstrated that miR-342-3p was lowly expressed in CNE2 cells.qPCR results further confirmed that miR-342-3p was lowly expressed in NPC tissues.GO analysis showed that the miR-342-3p was closely related to NPC.Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathway was more correlated with miR-342-3p.Conclusion:Low-expression of miR-342-3p might be related to the occurrence and development of NPC.关键词
