Abstract
Objective:To observe the differences in expression of cell surface co-stimulatory molecules and secretion of inflammatory factors by bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(DCs) in response to elastin peptide(EP).Methods:We cultured bone marrow-derived DCs from BALB/c mice and infected with EP.The activation of mveloid DCs(mDCs) was characterized by studying expression of cell surface co-stimulatory molecules(CD80 and CD86),release of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and interleukin (IL)-12.Results:Flow cytometry analysis and qPCR detection showed significant up-regulation of CD80 and CD86 after treatment with EP(P<0.05).Meanwhile,ELISA revealed that the IL-6 and TGF-β1 levels in cell supernatant was conspicuous elevated(P<0.05).Conclusion:EP could promote the activation of mDCs in mice and the release of related pro-inflammatory factors.关键词
