谷胱甘肽硫转移酶A3在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义
Expression of GSTA3 and its significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of Glutathione S-transferase A3(GSTA3) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:Gene-Cloud of Biotechnology Information(GCBI) platform was used to analyze three cDNA microarray datasets(GSE13597,GSE64634,GS12452) of NPC,from which the expression of GSTA3 in NPC was found.The transcription of GSTA3 was detected in NPC cell line,NPC tissues,normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line and normal nasopharyngeal epitheliums(NNEs) by qPCR.The protein expression of GSTA3 was analyzed in NPC tissue chip(HNasC070PG01) and NNEs by immunohistochemical staining.Results:Bioinformatic analysis data showed that the expression of GSTA3 was down-regulated in NPC.We further confirmed that the expression of GSTA3 was down-regulated in NPC.Conclusion:The expression of GSTA3 was down-regulated in NPC,which might be the potential biomarker for diagnosis of NPC.关键词
