变形链球菌提取物对人牙髓细胞TOLL样受体2表达的影响
Effect of extracts from Streptococcus mutans on the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 in human dental pulp cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the difference of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) expression in human dental pulp cells (hDPCs) in response to extracts from Streptococcus mutans (ESM).Methods:We prepare the ESM by sonication and centrifugation.hDPCs were cultured in vitro and respectively infected with 10 mg/L and 100 mg/L of ESM for 24 h and 48 h.The mRNA and protein expressions of TLR2 were determined by immunohistochemistry and qPCR,respectively.Results:The expression of TLR2 mRNA and protein was markedly up-regulated in hDPCs at 24 h and 48 h after 10 mg/L and 100 mg/L of ESM infection.No significant difference was noted in the TLR2 expression between low and high dose ESM groups.The TLR2 mRNA level was increased with the time prolonged (P＜0.05).Conclusion:ESM could enhance the expression of TLR2 in hDPCs,indicating that the TLR2 might be involved in the innate immune response of dental pulp cells.关键词
