长期职业锰暴露对工人肝功能的影响
Effect of long-term manganese exposure on liver function of workers
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of long-term manganese (Mn) exposure on liver function of workers.Methods:491 Mn-exposure workers received physical examination in 2012,and a follow-up investigation in these workers was made 5 years later.The results of liver function test in 2017 were compared to the results in 2012 after dividing by gender,smoking and drinking status.Results:Significantly decreased levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL,but increased levels of ALT and AST were found 5 years later (P＜0.05).After stratification for gender,there were also significant differences in liver function indexes between the year 2012 and 2017 (P＞0.05).After stratification for smoking and drinking status,there were decreased levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL,but an increased level of ALT in workers with smoking or drinking habits.No obvious change was noted in AST level during the 5 years (P＞0.05).In non-smokers/non-drinkers,the levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL were reduced,while the levels of ALT and AST were elevated (P＜0.05).The ALT level was the highest in smokers and drinkers.Conclusion:Long-term occupational Mn exposure can cause liver damage.Smoking and alcohol drinking may aggravate the effect on liver function of workers.关键词
