不同贮存条件下中药煎煮液的微生物限度及pH值变化

Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of microbial limit and pH value of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in different storage conditions. Methods The decoction of 8 kinds of common traditional Chinese medicine prescription was collected, and was preserved at the room temperature(20℃ ~25℃) and in the refrigerator(2℃ ~10℃) separately. The samples were collected on the 1st, 3rd,6th,9th,13th,20th,27th,30th,45th and 60th day,then the microbial limit was determined using membrane filtration method. And the pH value was detected before one month of storage and after one month of storage. Results From the 3rd day to the 30th day,the bacterium of prescription D decoction were countless. The bacterial counts of the other prescriptions were 0-21 cfu/ml from the 1st day to the 60th day at the room temperature or in the refrigeration. The pH values of the other prescriptions were 4. 1-5. 62 before one month of storage and after one month of storage,and the difference of pH value between room temperature and refrigeration was less than 0. 5. Conclusion Different storage conditions have few effects on the microbial limit and pH value of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. For the storage of traditional Chinese medicine decoction containing animal ingredients,high-lipid compounds or sugar composition is inappropriate,immediate decocting and use should be conducted. Other prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction should be preserved after seal.关键词
