阿尔茨海默病患者Ghrelin水平及其与Toll样受体4信号通路的关系
Ghrelin level and its relation with Toll-like receptor-4 signal pathway in patients with Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the Ghrelin level and its relation with Toll-like receptor-4 ( TLR4 ) signal pathway in patients with Alzheimer's disease( AD) . Methods Sixty patients with AD and 60 healthy subjects were enrolled as AD group and control group respectively. The Ghrelin level of peripheral blood,positive expression rate and median fluorescence intensity( MFI) of TLR4 of peripheral blood mononuclear cells,and Montreal Cognitive Assessment( MoCA) score were compared between the two groups. The correlation of the Ghrelin level with the positive expression rate and MFI of TLR4 and MoCA score was analyzed in the AD patients. Results Compared to the control group,the Ghrelin level of peripheral blood and MoCA score were lower but the positive expression rate and MFI of TLR4 were higher in the AD group(all P<0. 05). In the AD group,the Ghrelin level of peripheral blood negatively correlated with the positive expression rate and MFI of TLR4(all P<0. 05),but positively correlated with MoCA score(P<0. 05). Conclusion The Ghrelin level of peripheral blood decreases in the AD patients,which is lower when cognitive impairment is more severe. And it might reduce the immune inflammatory response in the AD patients by inhibiting the TLR4-mediated signaling pathway.关键词
