改良无切口针孔式外内多针缝合术在半月板前体部损伤中的应用
Application of improved outside-inside pinpoint suture technique without incision to meniscus anterior horn injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the improved outside-inside pinpoint suture technique without incision for meniscus anterior horn injury of the knees. Methods Thirty-eight patients with meniscus anterior horn injury of the knees were treated with the improved outside-inside pinpoint suture technique without incision using arthroscopic MM-Ⅱstapler. All cases were followed up for one to two years. Range of knee motion,Lysholm score and International Knee Documentation Committee( IKDC) score for the knees before operation were compared with those in the last follow-up. Results At the last follow-up,neither locked-facet joint nor instability symptoms were observed among all patients,and range of knee motion,Lysholm score and IKDC score were all higher than the preoperative(P<0. 05). Conclusion The improved outside-inside pinpoint suture technique without incision using MM-Ⅱstapler has a satisfactory short-term efficacy for meniscus anterior horn injury of the knees,achieving cosmetic incision,more flexibility of suture,and good safety.关键词
