富血小板血浆联合同种异体骨移植治疗Ⅰ型长骨骨缺损的临床效果观察
Clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma combined with allograft bone transplantation for typeⅠ long bone defect

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma( PRP) combined with allograft bone transplantation for typeⅠlong bone defect. Methods Sixty-two patients with long bone defect were divided into two groups using the random number table method. Thirty-two cases in the observation group received PRP plus allograft bone transplantation,while 30 cases in the control group underwent autogenous bone grafting. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 12 months. The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay,incidence rate of complications,success rate of bone grafting,rate of bone healing,and time to bone healing were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant difference was found among the two groups in the operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,incidence rate of complications,success rate of bone grafting,rate of bone healing,or time to bone healing(all P>0. 05). Conclusion PRP combined with allograft bone transplantation has similar efficacy compared to autogenous bone grafting for typeⅠlong bone defect,and it is worth of clinical application.关键词
