Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupenthixol melitracen tablets combined with esomeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux disease( GERD) complicated with depression and anxiety in the females. Methods Ninety female patients with GERD complicated with depression and anxiety were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given oral esomeprazole,besides,the observation group was treated with oral flupenthitol melitracen tablets,and the treatment lasted for eight weeks in the two groups. Reflux Disease Questionnaire( RDQ) scores,GERD symptom scores, Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression( HAMD) scores and Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety( HAMA) scores before and after treatment, as well as clinical efficacy,were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the symptom and frequency RDQ scores,HAMD scores and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those before treatment or in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0. 05);in the observation group,the GERD symptom scores for items A and C were lower than those before treatment or in the control group,but the score for item B was higher than that before treatment or in the control group(all P<0. 05). Conclusion Flupenthixol melitracen tablets combined with esomeprazole has significant effects on GERD complicated with depression and anxiety in the females,and it can effectively improve the state of depression and anxiety.关键词
