脑心通联合文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxintong combined with venlafaxine on post-stroke depression( PSD) . Methods One hundred patients with PSD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with venlafaxine and the observation group was treated with Naoxintong combined with venlafaxine. The Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD) score,modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia Stroke Scale(MESSS) score,5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) level and norepinephrine(NE) level before and after treatment,as well as clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the HAMD and MESSS scores between the two groups(P<0. 05),the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and both HAMD and MESSS scores decreased significantly with time in the two groups(P<0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in the levels of serum 5-HT and NE between the two groups,the levels of serum 5-HT and NE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of serum 5-HT and NE increased with time in the two groups(P<0. 05). The clinical efficacy and effective rate of treatment in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(all P<0. 05). No significant difference was found in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion Naoxintong combined with venlafaxine can promote the neurotransmitter release,improve depressive symptoms and nervous function defect,and enhance the clinical efficacy in the treatment of PSD. Its efficacy is superior to that of venlafaxine monotherapy.关键词
