摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the information lack of satellite orbit, sensors attitude and so on, an offshore area satellite remote sens-ing images location method based on coastline feature matching was presented. First, seacoast interactive extraction of im-ages to be located was done by the extending application of Live-Wire algorithm. Then, the curve form ideograph was im-proved to adapt seacoast line feature, and an optimized cure matching algorithm based on the ideograph was designed to re-alize seacoast curve matching. Finally, offshore area location of satellite remote sensing images was implemented by com-putting transform matrix according to the matching results. Localization experiments using LandSat and SPOT images indi-cated that the algorithm was efficient.
