摘要
Abstract
Degradation reliability prediction under stochastic failure threshold was studied. The explicit expression of reli-ability was derived, by charactering the uncertainty of failure threshold with probability distribution. Then, a possibilistic method for reliability modeling and prediction for degrading components was presented, by use of possibility distribution.关键词
