摘要
Abstract
Based on method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,combined with the actual combat command and control systems,through analyzing and dealing with the uncertain factors of operation efficiency,the integrate quantified evaluation model is established. To set up a scientific effectiveness evaluation index,the quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis of the index is combined,the method of AHP-FCE is put forth. At first,improved AHP is used to ensure weighting,then integrate fuzzy evaluation is carried out in model through ensuring the determination unit and evaluation matrix. The result shows that the method can solve the problem of uncertainty exists in assessment well.关键词
