摘要

Abstract

Aim at the cumbersome disadvantages of computer machine vision system used in the field of industrial automation,a measurement and control system based on embedded image processing and motion control is presented. The system took the DM642 chip as the machine vision image processing unit,the GTS-400-PG-PCI series motion controller as the control unit,and the hardware circuit of communication between DSP and motion controller is designed,except that,the communication and control function is completed through the host computer programming. The experiment proves that after the DSP of the system successfully detects the target,motion controller can quickly respond to the signal output of DSP and control servo motor to complete point to point motion, it has practical significance to the application of embedded machine vision in motion control system.
