连续弱光下水杨酸对重瓣百合Elena开花前后光合特性及生长的影响
Effects of Salicylic Acid on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Growth of Double Lily Elena before and after Flowering under Continuous Weak Light Conditions

Abstract
In order to provide reference for the cultivation and management of double lily,the effects of photosynthetic characteristics and growth of lily before and after flowering which was treated with different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA)under continuous weak light were studied.Double lily Elena introduced from Netherlands was used as test materials.Under 70% continuous low light,the photosynthetic parameters and growth indexes of Elena at budding stage and flowering stage respectively were measured by the nonlinear statistical regression function of SPSS software and combined with linear regression under the low light period after irrigating the roots using different SA concentrations (0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 mmol/L).Different concentrations of SA could improve the light utilization rate of Elena under the continuous weak light compared with CK.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P) of Elena increased by 13.0%,21.5 % and 8.6% respectively after applying 0.5,1.0,and 1.5 mmol/L SA.In addition,the maximum efficiency(Jmax),light saturation point(LSP),CO2 saturation point(CSP),apparent quantum efficiency(φ),stomatal carboxylation conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) of plants were higher when treated with 0.5-1.5 mmol/L SA,and the light compensation point (LCP),CO2 compensation point(CCP) and dark respiration rate(Rd) were lower correspondingly.The multiple photosynthetic parameters of Elena were not as good as CK when treated with 2.0 and 2.5 mmol/L SA.The results showed that suitable concentration of SA can improve the utilization capacity of light intensity ability of Elena,increase relative chlorophyll content,plant height and stem diameter,promote plant growth and prolong flowering stage effectively under 70% continuous weak light.SA can improve the photosynthetic characteristics and growth of Elena effectively under low light,and root irrigation with 1.0 mmol/L SA got optimal results followed by 0.5 and 1.5 mmol/L SA.关键词
