新型含联苯基的多氟代吡唑衍生物的合成及Aurora激酶A抑制活性测试
Synthesis and inhibition activity assay for Aurora kinase A of novel multi-fluorin pyrazol derivatives with biphenyl
摘要
Abstract
Due to the structure diversity and biological activities variety of pyrazole derivatives,so that they are a kind of important compounds in drug research.Novel multi fluorin pyrazol derivatives with bipheny (4a ~ 4tf) were synthesized via F-Cacylation,condensation,cyclization reaction starting from 2,4-difluorin-bipheny.The structure of the target compounds (4a ~ 4f) were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS-ESI spectra.The inhibition activity for Aurora kinase A of the target compounds were tested.Preliminary test results showed that the inhibitory activity for Aurora kinase A was feebleness.关键词
