邵铭教授治疗胆石症经验
Experience of Professor SHAO Ming in treating cholelithiasis
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHAO Ming believes that a variety of reasons lead to cholelithiasis which the most important is physical constitution, diet and emotion. Cholelithiasis is due to poor constitution, irrational diet and emotional disorders. The basic pathogenesis is summarized as dampness, heat and stasis blocking liver and gallbladder and disharmony and obstruction of circulation between liver and gallbladder. Although the disease is located in the gallbladder, it has closely relationship with the liver, spleen and stomach. According to clinical experience, he summarizes four kinds of common and a rare type of syndrome differentiation: dampness heat of liver and gallbladder, syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat, stagnation of liverqi, spleen deficiency and liver stagnation and conversion of dampness into old syndrome. Type of treatment is very important for the clinical treatment of the disease, but the various syndromes are often transformed or accompanied, whose treatment need accurate differentiation and medication.关键词
