胃癌化疗毒性与中医体质之间关系

Abstract
Objective To clarify the relationship between chemotherapy toxicity and physical constitution of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 79 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in this study. All patients were enrolled in this study. Patients were enrolled in the DCF regimen. All patients were followed up for chemotherapy.Results The most common physique of gastric cancer was found to be calm, phlegm,yang deficiency andqi deficiency. The statistical analysis showed that the scores of phlegm,qi deficiency andyang deficiency were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Phlegm-dampness is at most 24％. The score of phlegm-dampness chemotherapy is higher than that of the whole body (P<0.05), suggesting that phlegm-dampness may be sensitive to chemotherapy constitution.关键词
