Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of three groups of Bushen Jiangu Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods The topic group uses the computer retrieval method, including SCI, Chinese journal full text database (CNKI), Cochrane library, EMbase, Wanfang and other Chinese and English databases, the retrieval period as of April 2017. A randomized controlled literature (RCTs) for the treatment of osteoporosis in Chinese medicine for Kidney-Nourishing Chinese Medicine was searched. The research group uses RevMan 5.3 software to conduct Meta analysis of data.Results Twenty-four RCTs (8 in each group) were included, involving 2423 subjects. Meta analysis showed that compared with the three groups of proprietary Chinese medicines, in the bone density (BMD) and the efficiency of the epimedium and psoralen-based proprietary Chinese medicine (Xian ling gu bao capsule), the treatment group is better than the control group (MD = 0.09, 95% CI 0.05~ 0.14,P<00001; RR = 1.41, 95% CI 1.24~ 1.61,P<0.00001); In the immune index (blood ALP). There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicine (Xianlinggubao capsule), which is mainly composed of epimedium and psoralen, in the treatment of osteoporosis is the most positive in the three groups.
