雷公藤多苷联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎 短期疗效研究
Short-term efficacy of tripterygium ployglycosides combined with methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of tripterygium glycosides combined with methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis and its effects on peripheral blood levels of IL-1, IL-10 and TNF-α.Methods 72 cases with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and according to the different treatment were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group. The control group were treated with methotrexate alone (Oral, 10 mg/time, 1 time/w) and the observation group treated with Tripterygium Glycosides (Oral, 10 mg/time, 1 time/w) combined with methotrexate. The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The short-term clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of IL-1, IL-10 and TNF-α levels in peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total curative rate of observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (94.44％ vs 77.77％) with statistically significant difference (P<00.05). The IL-1 level in observation group after treatment was (424.21±25.63) pg/ml, which were significantly lower than that before treatment and that in the control group at the same period [(452.36±30.23) pg/mL, (442.38±28.69) pg/mL] (P<0.05). The IL-10 level in the observation group after treatment was (2.52±0.57) pg/mL, which was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in the control group at the same period [(2.06±0.86) pg/mL, (2.09±0.79) pg/mL] (P<00.05). The TNF-α level in the observation group after treatment was (17.66±5.64) ng/mL, which were significantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group at the same period [(37.63±8.12) ng/mL, (22.36±7.63) ng/mL] (P<00.05). There were no serious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has good short-term curative effect, and can effectively improve the patient's peripheral blood IL-1, IL-10 and TNF-α level.关键词
