长柄侧耳发酵物对乙醇诱导小鼠胃溃疡的保护作用研究
Protective effect of fermented liquid of Pleurotus spodoleucas Fr.(PSF) on ethanol induced gastric ulcer in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the protective effect of fermented liquid of Pleurotus spodoleucas Fr. (PSF) on stomach inflammation induced by ethanol in mice.Methods The BABL/C mice were randomly allocated into control, ethanol, omeprazole (20 mg/kg), PSF (0.5 g/kg), and PSF (1 g/kg). The blood samples were analyzed for the myeloperoxidase (MPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), and the stomach samples were taken for histologic evaluation. The protein levels of JNK, Erk, P38 and NF-кBP65 were detected by Western blot analysis.Results Pretreatment with PSF prior to the administration of ethanol significantly induced a decrease in MPO, MDA activity and in IL-6, the tumor neurosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum and JNK, Erk, P38 and NF-кBP65 in stomach. At the same time, pretreatment with PSF also significantly improved the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in stomach. These results showed that anti-inflammatory effects of PSF against the ethanol-induced stomach inflammation.关键词
