养血饮口服液对免疫系统的影响
Effect of Yangxueyinoral liquid on immune system
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yangxueyin oral liquid on immune system.Methods Kunming mice of SPF grade, half male and half female.Yangxueyin was administered at a dose of 10.4 mL/kg, 5.2 mL/ kg or 2.6 mL/kg for 10 days. Cyclophosphoryl was injected intraperitoneally from the 6th day, and the model was made for 5 days. The positive control group was compound E'jiao oral liquid, weighing it for 0, 5 and 10 days, weighing it for the last time, calculating spleen, thymus organ index and white blood cell count, and measuring lymphocyte transformation rate.Results In the model group, the body weight, spleen and thymus index, and the number of white blood cells were significantly decreased. Splenic lymphocyte transformation rate decreased significantly.Yangxueyin significantly increased the weight, thymus and spleen fingers, and white blood cells in mice. Splenic lymphocyte transformation rate increased significantly.Conclusion Yangxueyin oral liquid can enhance immune function.关键词
