Effect of ZHAO's thunder fire moxibustion on TGA and MCA in patients with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy on Hashimoto's thyroiditis hypothyroidism treated with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion, so as to provide the influence of TGA and MCA.Methods Sixty cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were randomized into Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion and Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion with levothyroxine sodium tablets method. After 4 weeks of treatment cycle. TGA score, and MCA score were observed and compared before and after treatment in the patients between the two groups.Results After the treatment cycle of four weeks, TGA scores were decreased apparently after treatment in the two groups and the Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion with levothyroxine sodium tablets method group were obviously decreased to that in the levothyroxine sodium tablets method group (36.23±21.21 VS 47.53±20.11) (P<0.01). MCA scores were decreased apparently after treatment in the two groups. (Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion with levothyroxine sodium tablets method group P<0.01, the levothyroxine sodium tablets method groupP<0.05), the Zhao's Thunder-Fire moxibustion with levothyroxine sodium tablets method group were obviously decreased to that in the levothyroxine sodium tablets method group (23.25±11.26 VS 35.53±16.29,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of serum anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (TGA) and serum anti-thyroid microsomal antibody (MCA) in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis at hypothyroidism stage were significantly decreased by Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion therapy.关键词
