摘要

Abstract

Machining process simulation technology has been studied in UG CAM platform .Takes machining process information and process model as process simulation inputs , process information is automatically parsed .Template instance obtained can be automatically executed in UG CAM so as to realize process simulation .The business of process simulation method is analyzed in detail.Expression and the design of machining process are briefly described .The basic flow of the process simulation method has been given .Automatic parsing process information and the method of automated decision machining geometric elements of different characteristics are the focus of analysis .Based on key technologies ,process simulation module in the UG CAM platform was developed and integrated into KM3DCAPP-M system.Finally,the effectiveness of process simulation method is verified by an example .
