摘要

Abstract

In this study, a pot experiment was conducted, in which the relative chlorophyll content ( SPAD) ,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of blackberry lily ( Belamcanda chinensis L.)leaf were measured through different treatments,namely,normal irrigation (light stress,moderate stress and severe stress,"CK,LD,MD and SD") to understand their responses to drought stress and re?wate?ring.The results were as follows:(1)Compared with CK,SPAD of LD,MD and SD(15 days after treatment)de?creased by 13.5%,24.8% and 36.9% respectively.(2)With the prolongation of drought stress,Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr, Fv/Fm,qP and ETR decreased slowly under LD and decreased rapidly under MD and SD.(3)NPQ significant?ly increased with the degree of drought stress.Compared with CK,NPQ of LD,MD and SD (15 days after treat?ment) increased by 10.8%,17.9% and 28.9% respectively.(4)2 days after re?watering,SPAD,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters all recovered in varying degrees but till lower than those of CK.Consequently,the decrease of photosynthetic rate under drought stress was caused by stomatal limitation. The irreversible damage to cell organelles,could be caused by SD(15 days after drought stress).Ci,NPQ and ETR of LD and MD recovered rapidly,SD,however,failed to recover.
