分批补料式高密度培养植物乳杆菌的研究
Research on High-density Culture of Lactobacillus plantarum by Batch Feeding
摘要
Abstract
The high-density culture of Lactobacillus plantarum by batch feeding was researched. The results showed that:the initial concentration of glucose and peptone in fermentation broth was 15 g/L and 14 g/L, respectively; the restrictive substrates of feeding liquid were glucose and peptone, and the volume ratio of their concentrated solution was 5:7; in the course of batch feeding, sodium hydroxide and sodium acetate were added to neutralize the excessive acids in the solution; the glucose feedback feeding mode could maintain a low glucose concentration, and obtain higher viable count (3.1×109 CFU/mL), which was 5 times that in the normal culture.关键词
