Uncertainty Analysis of Determination of Olaquindox Metabolite Residues in Animal-derived Foodstuff by LC/MS/MS

Abstract
This article evaluated the uncertainty of determination of olaquindox metabolite residues in animal-derived food-stuff by liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry ( LC/MS/MS) through establishing a mathematical model, and ana-lyzed the uncertainty sources of determination of olaquindox metabolite residues in animal-derived foodstuff. Through calculating the each component of the uncertainty, we obtained that: when the residual quantity of olaquindox metabolites in animal-derived foodstuff was 0.39 μg/kg, its expanded uncertainty was 0.06 μg/kg ( k=2) . The evaluation results showed that measurement re-peatability and recovery were the main sources of the uncertainty.关键词
